Royal Enfield Classic 500 Tribute Black Limited Edition Revealed

Royal Enfield has made it official that it will bid adieu to its 500 cc UCE (Unit Construction Engine) motorcycle range soon. The company's Bullet 500, Classic 500 and the Thunderbird 500 range will not make it beyond April 2020, when BS6 emission norms kick in. And to commemorate the same, Royal Enfield has started taking bookings for the Classic 500 Tribute Black Edition, which is basically a limited edition run of the Classic 500. The Tribute Black Edition will go on sale on February 10, 2020 between 2pm and 5pm. Okinawa Autotech , an electric two-wheeler manufacturing company, has teased its upcoming model for India ahead of the 2020 Auto Expo. The teaser image leads us to believe that the scooter might a maxi-scooter, as far as design is concerned. The teaser image reveals that the scooter will have a large, wide stepped seat and the silhouette looks sporty too. The scooter could be called 'Cruiser' and it will be revealed at the 2020 Auto Expo, where Okinawa will be participating. We expect it to be Okinawa's flagship scooter in India upon its launch. TVS Motor Company has launched the 2020 BS6 model of the TVS Apache RR 310 . The prices start at Rs. 2.40 lakh (ex-showroom, India). In terms of looks and design, TVS' flagship motorcycle now gets fresh colour schemes. The new black, grey and red colour scheme with new graphics looks really nice on the motorcycle and makes the motorcycle look sportier than before. KTM's entire range of motorcycles in India is now BS6 compliant. Starting right from the KTM Duke and RC 125 going all the way up to the KTM Duke and RC 390 motorcycles, every motorcycle has been upgraded to meet the upcoming emission standards with a price hike ranging between Rs. 3328 and Rs. 10,496 (ex-showroom, Delhi). In fact, the 2020 KTM Duke 200 is an all-new motorcycle featuring an all-new lightweight split trellis frame, a reworked tank and new headlamp that altogether give it a more sporty stance. It is powered by by a 199.5 cc, liquid-cooled, four-valve, DOHC engine that belts out 24 bhp at 10,000 rpm and 19.3 Nm of peak torque at 8000 rpm. The company introduced the Activa 125 , its first BS6 compliant offering in September last year and followed it up with the launch of the SP 125 by the end of 2019. Harley-Davidson recently released pictures of two new electric two-wheeler concepts on its US website. One is an urban lightweight electric scooter while the other is an electric flat-track two-wheeler called the Harley-Davidson Middleweight EV concept. The first model, an electric scooter, is called the Lightweight EV concept and it seems like a bit of a bicycle and a scooter. There is a downtube cradle and the frame houses the battery and motor pack. The seat is styled old-school while the handlebar too mimics the designs used on bicycles ages ago. Hardtail at the rear, conventional telescopic forks up front and fat tyres make for a quirky design. Will it see the light of the day, no confirmation on that yet! BS6 Royal Enfield 650 Twins Prices Revealed; Bookings Begin

The prices for the Bharat Stage 6 (BS6) compliant Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and the Continental GT 650 have been revealed, but not officially. The prices of the BS6 Royal Enfield Interceptor start at Rs. 2.65 lakh while prices for the BS6 Continental GT start at Rs. 2.80 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The top-spec chrome variants of the Interceptor and the Continental GT have been priced at Rs. 2.85 lakh and Rs. 3.01 lakh (ex-showroom, India). A three-cylinder 1200 cc Benelli touring motorcycle has been type-approved in China, which means that the new model will certainly go into production soon. So far though, the model has been type-approved under the Qianjiang name, Benelli's Chinese parent company, according to a latest media report. Ducati was expected to introduce a lighter, more powerful, and more expensive version of the Italian brand's flagship superbike, the Panigale V4, and now a leaked document confirms that model, codenamed Project 1708. The Ducati Panigale Superleggera V4 will not only put out more power, but will have lighter bodywork and components, to make it closer to the Ducati MotoGP sportbike. And now, the leaked document lists out the specifications, and it promises to be a cracker of a performer, with 224 bhp of power on tap! The engine will be lightest and most powerful Desmosedici Stradale R with lightweight camshafts, screws, and a dry clutch. According to the leaked document, the new model, dubbed Project 1708, boasts of maximum power of 224 bhp at 15,250 rpm, with peak torque of 115 Nm coming in at 11,750 rpm. Ducati Motor Holding ended 2019 with 53,183 bikes delivered to customers worldwide, a marginal increase in sales from 53,004 bikes delivered to customers a year ago. According to a statement released by the Italian motorcycle brand, a major contribution to motorcycle sales in 2019 came from the Ducati Panigale, with sales totalling 8,304 units, and retains the market leadership established in 2018, and now commands a global market share of 25 per cent in the superbike category.
