Yamaha Scooters Get Unified Braking System With Maintenance-Free Batteries

India Yamaha Motor has re-launched its entire scooter line-up with unified braking system and maintenance-free batteries for 2019. The current scooter line-up from Yamaha includes the Fascino, Cygnus Ray ZR, Cygnus Ray ZR Street Rally and the Cygnus Alpha. Additionally, Yamaha has also introduced a new 'Season Green' colour for the Fascino. The company has already launched new and updated models in India this year such as YZF-R15 Version 3.0 with ABS, the all-new FZ FI, FZ-S FI along with the updated FZ25 and Fazer 25 which include new colours and standard ABS (anti-lock brakes).

Motofumi Shitara, Chairman, Yamaha Motor India group of companies said, "Within five years of introducing Yamaha's scooters in India, the company has been able to lay the foundations in the market with its uniqueness of mobility products that are also stylish and exciting. The company will further build on this momentum by categorically planning more excitement for scooter customers that revs in Yamaha's unique style and sportiness. The new line up including Fascino will reserve and expand the brand's overall unique character of offering exciting mobility solutions."
